Important Registration Information
The attendee’s name entered during registration must match the name listed on the NAJIT membership account used to register for the webinar. Only Corporate and Organizational members may register an individual other than the person named on the membership account.
This webinar will be presented over two days, with each session lasting 1.5 hours. To be eligible to receive CEUs, attendees must be present for the entirety of both sessions. Partial CEU credit will not be issued for attendance on only one day or for partial attendance.
Webinar Access Instructions
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email from NAJIT at hq@najit.org confirming that your registration was successfully submitted. The Zoom access link and instructions will be sent in a separate email within 48 hours before the webinar’s start date. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for both messages.
Registered attendees will also receive reminder emails approximately one day and one hour before the webinar begins.
Webinar Recordings and CEU Survey
Webinars are recorded only with the presenter’s prior approval. A recording is not guaranteed as part of registration.
The CEU survey link will be emailed to eligible attendees within 48 hours after the final webinar session. When a recording has been approved by the presenter, the recording link will be included in the same email.
Completion of the CEU survey may be required before a CEU certificate is issued.
Cancellation Policy
Free webinars: You may cancel at any time. Please email the NAJIT Administrator at hq@najit.org so your spot can be released to another attendee.
Paid webinars: Refund requests must be received 15 days prior the event. Approved refunds will be issued less a 10% processing fee. To request a cancellation and refund, email the NAJIT Administrator at hq@najit.org.
