IMPORTANT: The attendee's name must match the individual's name listed on the NAJIT membership account used to register for the event. ONLY Corporate and Organizational members may register someone other than the individual named on the account.
Early-Bird rate deadline: EXTENDED TO MAY 8, 2026! (11:59 pm Eastern)
Hotel registration deadline: May 16, 2026
Advanced conference registration closes: May 29, 2026
Last day to submit a cancellation: April 30, 2026 (05:00 pm Eastern)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@najit.org and received no later than April 30, 2026. You will receive a full refund minus $50 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for any reason after May 1, 2026. No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing by the above date to NAJIT and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Written notification of attendee substitutions must be submitted to events@najit.org and received by May 16, 2026. No penalty fee will be assessed for attendee substitutions.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registering for this conference constitutes an agreement to NAJIT's use and distribution of images of attendees in photographs and videos.

Student members: To receive the student discount, you must be a student member and enrolled in a university translation or interpretation degree program. Student attendees are not eligible to receive a certificate of attendance.
